About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the organisation, coordination and execution of business-critical marketing and innovation across the group’s subsidiaries. Ensuring fast, targeted, delivery of communication and sales support content both internally and externally is a key component of the role. Sitting within a growing marketing function, the role encompasses a broad range of marketing activities across multiple businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Increase active customer centric selling and broker segments, as well as delivering campaign activity to existing brokers
  • Exploit key market opportunities as they arise
  • Track and report on progress of all BAU and projects within marketing
  • Help execute marketing and innovation plans across the group
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across the business including the sales function
  • Contribute to discussions and key decisions within the marketing and innovation departments

About You

This role suits someone who is eager and keen to grow in their marketing career, preferably with previous experience in a junior marketing role. You will have a good level of creative flair, as well as the ability to think outside the box and be a full 360-degree marketer. Experience with copyrighting, EDM’s, social calendars and stakeholder engagement will be looked upon favorably. The ability to work under pressure and meet conflicting deadlines and changing priorities is important in succeeding in the role. You will be hungry in wanting to succeed in the role, be able to find the answers, while engaging with the business and their goals.
