The opportunities
Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will enjoy the opportunity that these roles provide for you to work across the business. Working with multiple internal and external stakeholders will offer the opportunity for you to display your relationship building skills.
Responsibilities for the Novated Leasing focussed role:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders including legal professionals to organise product launch
- Drive formulation and implementation of novated lease business strategy
- Facilitate the onboarding process for lease partners
- Develop industry contacts
- Achieve agreed novated lease volumes and stay informed of competitor activities
- Oversee novated lease products through the entire product life cycle
- Keep up to date with credit policies and procedures
Responsibilities for the Mortgages focussed role:
- Work closely with Head of Strategic Partnerships to establish and manage a competitive product offering
- Analyse causes of attrition and put strategies in place to mitigate this
- Understand customer insights and work closely with sales, operations and marketing on recommending product changes
- Identify new market opportunities in mortgages and recommend products including preparing business cases
- Set the product development road map
- Oversee pricing strategy
- Monitor and report on mortgage product budgets, actual sales
About you
With experience in either mortgages or novated leasing, you are a skilled product manager with your recent working history being in the lending sector. For the mortgages role, an understanding of Treasury functions would be ideal. You are a confident communicator, able to articulate your ideas to multiple stakeholders, coupled with a strong commitment to customer service. You are a creative thinker, able to implement innovative customer solutions, coupled with sound commercial acumen and demonstrated experience in understanding “ the numbers” behind product offerings.
