Working closely with the Senior Treasury team you will be part of a team of dedicated Treasury professionals. Managing a treasury operations team of your own, you will leading the Trust Management division. This position is based in the Sydney CBD and will require you to be in the office each week. This key role encompasses a wide variety of responsibilities.
  
Responsibilities include:  

  • Lead and manage the day to day securitisation trust management operations across consumer and commercial financing
  • Manage all funding vehicles incl ABS issuance and warehouses
  • Oversee daily securitisation trusts incl cash flow management, payment processing, asset performance monitoring and compliance with trust agreements.
  • Manage all structuring, execution and management of securitisation transactions
  • Responsible for the operation and monitoring of the performance of the trusts and reporting models
  • Communicate with investors and stakeholders, providing regular updates
  • Manage a small team

This role will suit a senior treasury leader with a background in Trust Management, preferably from within the Mortgages or Asset Finance sector. Extensive management experience coupled with experience in securitisation, is essential from either a Trustee, Bank or non Bank lender . Ideally you will be degree qualified. You are a skilled verbal communicator with a focus on processes surrounding securitisation and structured finance solutions. Essential for the role is commercial acumen, leadership skills, an analytical mindset and familiarity with trust management requirements. Looking for 10+ years experience in a similar field.
