This Sydney based organisation offers a unique finance solution to the Australian market, with exciting plans for international expansion. Working with some of the best minds in the market, this business is looking to consolidate on solid financial results with further plans to grow and expand in new markets. Reporting to the Co-CEO, you will be responsible for engaging new law firms, and managing their onboarding, training and ongoing success. This role requires excellent relationship building skills, as the law firms are the primary business channel partner and are key to driving brand awareness. This role requires someone to work with law firms nationally, and work closely with internal stakeholders in a collaborative manner. This role requires 5 days a week in their CBD office.
Key responsibilities include:
• Engaging new law firms – communicating the businesses value, understanding their needs and guiding them through the accreditation process
• Deepening relationships with law firms by delivering exceptional, responsive service, and ensuring partner satisfaction
• Onboarding and training new law firm partners to ensure they have the necessary tools, knowledge and support
• Proactively manage and improve relationships, through regular communication such as webinars and training sessions
• Attending industry conferences and events to raise awareness, sharing key insights and forge important relationships
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in an account management / partnership engagement role for a Legal Tech or Fintech business. Experience within the financial services sector will be highly regarded. You will have strong relationship building skills, both with internal and external stakeholders, and be willing to support other team members in a close-knit team environment. Being highly motivated, results driven, and very organised are some of the key traits you will require in the role.
